When I joined the staff of Coastal Church, the church was meeting weekly in a local elementary school with approximately 50 attendees and growing to more than 800 weekly attendees by the end of my tenure. During the first couple years this required weekly setup and teardown of our weekly service event each week. My responsibilities as the Creative and Student Pastor included recruiting, scheduling, organizing, and managing our Hosting Team, Music Team, Production Team, and Student Leadership Team. My weekly duties also included Stage Hosting Duties, Media Preparation, Production and Design, Service Planning, Corporate Communications, Website and Social Media Design, Worship Leading, and Public Speaking.

Daphne Youth Baseball operates baseball leagues for kids ages 4-15 in Daphne, AL. As President and an Executive Board Member my duties included overseeing the volunteer board, operation of the leagues, and raising funds for the organization. During my tenure I reorganized our bylaws, operations, and increased our operating capital and reserves to a level 15 times what we inherited. In addition I organized all events, volunteers and helped grow overall participation in the league by 50 percent.
